Information You Submit to Us
We collectinformation submitted to us from our members and others who havecompleted a transaction with the organization (i.e. membership, bookorder, conference registration, etc.) Some of the information that youprovide to us may be personally identifiable information, orinformation that can be uniquely identified with you, such as yourname, school/company name, address, e-mail address, phone number ormember number.
Information We Collect Automatically
Wemay automatically record your telephone number when you call us andyour e-mail address when you correspond with us by e-mail. Thisinformation may be collected in our database for future reference.
Information on users of the www.nmsa.org Web site is collected fortracking purposes only. For each visitor to our Web page, our Webserver collects general information that does not identify a specificvisitor or a visitor's e-mail address. Only the host name or IP address(a unique number that is assigned to your computer every time youconnect to the Internet) from which the site was accessed areidentified. We use this information to calculate the number of visitorsto the different sections of our site, and to help us make our sitemore useful to future visitors.

Security of Credit Card Information
NMSAis fully committed to data security. We have put in place physical,electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure theinformation you provide to us online. When you place an order on theNMSA Web site, our secure server software encrypts all personalinformation, including credit card number/expiration date, name andaddress. NMSA uses this information to process and send your orderonly. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
Children's Online Information Policy
Wedo not knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information aboutchildren under the age of 13.
