Pre-Conference

August 6
Exhibitor service kits mailed out. Kits include all pertinent information and forms needed to have a successful show. For contracts received after August 6, kits will be mailed with confirmation letter.

August 21
Last day for turning in contracts with a 50% deposit. All exhibit contracts received after this date require full rental payment with contract. Please note that exhibit space is available until sold out.

September 3
Cancellations on or before this date forfeit booth cancellation fee. Cancellations after this date forfeit entire amount.

September 22
Last day to be included in the Conference Program Book or Exhibit Hall Guide. Please note that exhibit space will be available until the exhibit hall is sold out.

Conference Exhibit Hours

NMSA is pleased to announce that each attendee will receive the Exhibit Hall Guide, featuring an overview of the exhibit hall, a listing of exhibitors, and other key information that will drive booth traffic.

November 4
Exhibitor Move-In 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

November 5
Exhibitor Move-In 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Exhibit Hours 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Dedicated exhibit time
9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

November 6
Exhibit Hours 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Dedicated exhibit time 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., 12:45 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

November 7
Exhibit Hours 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-Out* 1:00 p.m. – 11:59 p.m.

*Please note that tearing down early is disruptive to attendees and other exhibitors. Early teardown will not be permitted. Please make every effort to adjust travel arrangements accordingly.
