On a periodic basis, National Middle School Association sends information about issues in middle level education to state and national opinion leaders. The information arrives in the form of a letter describing the issues and sharing pertinent statistics that support the stance of the association. A "Research Brief" document accompanies the letter and offers additional research findings as well as action steps that policymakers and community and school leaders can take.
