Indy is a fresh, and diverse cultural city with an enriching array of arts, attractions, historical sites and special events. Lively theatre, inspiring music, dramatic art and interactive museums are among the city's multitude of attractions, many of which are located within steps of downtown hotels. Prime among these is White River State Park, nestled in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, which features the Indianapolis Zoo, White River Botanical Gardens, the newly expanded Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, the NCAA Hall of Champions and the Indiana State Museum. Just a short distance from downtown at the Indianapolis Children's Museum (the world's largest), the recently expanded Indianapolis Museum of Art and the world famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway and its Hall of Fame Museum.
